Why work with me?

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. I am also a ServSafe Food Manager certified through the National Restaurant Association .  I have experience in a variety of nutrition-related fields, including food service, geriatric and pediatric nutrition, vegetarianism and veganism, and microbiology and food-borne illnesses.
